Scott Hundley
Scott Hundley, President of United Development Partners, has the vision and skills vital to the acquisition, entitlement, construction, leasing, marketing, and operations of commercial and residential projects.
Scott has managed over 90 projects throughout the southeast, and has designed, developed, or managed over 5 million square feet of commercial, mixed use, and senior housing development. Scott demonstrates positive leadership and prompt resolution to complex land development matters. His constant learning and drive to improve upon past performances creates an atmosphere of success.
AN INSPIRED DIFFERENCE
Inspired by his personal travels and experiences, Scott enjoys creating spaces that connects people to places around them. Scott is a lifelong learner and is constantly studying and seeking new insights to make his projects connect with the people that experience them.
Scott enjoys traveling with family and friends and takes the path less traveled to authentic places like mountains, beaches, and lakes in the United States and around the world. He likes to go skiing, boating, and hiking.
The inspiration and influences from his experiences during Scott’s travels allows for a unique perspective that manifests itself through his work.
