50 bed hospital that is part of the UC Health system. This project was fast-tracked through permitting with the City of Broomfield. No other project team had been able to achieve the fast-tracked process before our project.

Unique Value Added Difference Provided – Scott successfully led the project team through the fast-track permitting process with the City of Broomfield resulting in a permit to start construction in just over 6 months. The normal process for this permit would have taken 15 to 18 months. Prior to our team no one had successfully completed the fast-track permitting process with the City of Broomfield.
