Thrive at Frederica holds true to the St Simons elegance in its design and repurposing of an existing building on St Simons Island. THW designed the project and New South Construction built the project with construction completing in 2017. The project consisted of 92 units of which 68 were assisted living and 24 were memory care.

PROJECT DETAILS
Unique Value Added Difference Provided – The project completed on schedule and within budget even through there were several significant design challenges and weather challenges including a hurricane that the project had to endure. Scott’s collaboration with the project team and effective communication enabled the team to achieve the project’s completion in just over 13 months. Some of the design challenges included a very limited site and repurposing an existing building without any prior building plans.
