PROJECT DETAILS

Atlantic Station is a mixed use development built on a former steel mill. At the time of its development it was one of the largest brownfield redevelopment projects in the United States. Atlantic Station is located on 138 acres and is comprised of 1.3 million square feet of retail, 1.5 million square feet of office, 2,700 residential units, a 101 key 4 star hotel, and 18 restaurants. 7,300 parking spaces serve Atlantic Station making it one of the largest contiguous parking decks in the United States.

Unique Value Added Difference Provided – Through Scott’s leadership, the operational costs of the project was able to be reduced by over $1,200,000 annually resulting in over $16,000,000 of value creation.  The savings and value creation primarily resulted from the improved operational efficiency of the chilled water system, utility cost restructuring, and operational efficiencies to the trash and recycling systems.
