PROJECT OVERVIEW
Avalon is an upscale mixed use development in Alpharetta, Georiga. Phase one of the 86-acre development included 500,000 sf of retail and restaurant space, a 12 screen Regal Cinema, 105,000 sf of Class A office space, 101 single family residences, and 250 luxury apartments. Phase two was planned, but not opened at the time of Scott’s involvement. Phase two included 90,000 sf of retail and restaurant space, 550,000 sf of office space, 276 luxury apartments, and a 325 room hotel with 45,000 sf of conference space.
Avalon is known as the place to be an be seen in Alpharetta. It has become a gathering place for people seeking to shop, dine, meet, and live. Everything within the project has been designed to impact your experience from the arrival experience, to the sounds, to the color of the lighting and the texture of the walking surface. It is a place that you can’t explain why you like to be there other than it just makes you feel good.

Unique Value Added Difference Provided – This project received a significant amount of resistance from Alpharetta due to the multi-family apartments.
We had to focus as a team on the strategic effort to not only deliver on our promises made to the public but to exceed them. As a team we did this through the design of the street-scapes, the level of detail in the architectural finishes, the landscape and hardscape design, the experiential sounds and lighting, the customer oriented hospitality staff, and the hidden operations that enables Avalon to deliver an unparalleled experience.
